Complex upgrade of the common spaces of the apparment house is proposed by transformation of the unused utility courtyard into the new garden, connected with the upgraded condominium common room. The garden is used as a meeting and relax space for all generations. The concept also tests shared usage of neighbouring gardens of the inner block from beginning of 20th century by their controlled interconnection. The project also proposes new system of rain water retention from the roofs and garden area, together with moisture sanitation of the neighbouring basement spaces.
